At Reborn from Sweden, we are a small business passionate about delivering unique, high-quality items. Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to accept returns unless the item you receive is incorrect or arrives damaged. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Return Eligibility:

Incorrect or Damaged Items: If the item you received is not what you ordered or has arrived damaged, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

Non-Returnable Items: Items that are customized, final sale, or worn/used cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. 

Process for Returns:

If you need to return an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out to us via the Contact Us form on our website. Be sure to include your order number and a brief description of the issue so we can assist you better.

We will review your request and provide further instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Please note that, unless the item os faulty or damaged, buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. 

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item and confirm the issue, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds will only be issued for items that meet the eligibility criteria.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
